I just ate there for lunch and it was really good. I had the mussels and fries with aioli. I also tried the polenta cake. Yum!

Eldorado Kitchen across the street has better mussles, killer short ribs and they actually have pinot noir. Tell me is there a restauraunt in french wine country that only serves california wine varietals?

Ummmm.... California varietals are originally French/European.... they were imported here. Not a lot of lambrusca or mustang wines being made these days. Besides, what's wrong with a place sticking to what it believes in. They must be doing something right, they tend to be packed in the afternoon when the rest of the square is occupied by a handful of geriatrics wondering aimlessly.
